I have experienced Red Sage catering on a number of occasions and can honestly say that the food is always a highlight. The canapés are exceptional — beautifully presented, inventive and, most importantly, absolutely delicious. The wild mushroom puff pastry tarts with Parmesan and white truffle oil are particularly memorable, as are the scallops baked in their shells with lemon, parsley and garlic butter, finished with macadamia crumb and furikake. Each canapé feels carefully thought through, with a wonderful balance of flavours and textures. What really sets Red Sage apart, though, is Ronnie’s skill and attention to detail. She has a real talent for creating food that looks beautiful but never sacrifices flavour, and she has an instinct for putting together a menu that makes an event feel special. Her food is sophisticated without being fussy, and there is always a lovely variety so that every guest finds something they love. The service is equally impressive — professional, warm and completely seamless. Red Sage is the sort of catering that guests remember and talk about afterwards. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ronnie and her team for any special occasion.

Sharon did a fabulous job catering for my mother's 90th birthday, a buffet lunch for 20 people. The food was delicious and Sharon was an excellent communicator throughout the whole process, paying particular attention to dietary requirements. Would recommend.

I had Carla cater for my daughters 21st. Everyone raved about the sausage rolls & pies. The macaroni balls went quickly as well. Great service , punctual & excellent communication. I highly recommend Carla
