Initially we chose Celia because of her flexibility and extensive knowledge of the venue – from our first meeting, she was warm and happy to share all of the insider info she had to help make our day extra special.Our next meeting at the tasting session certainly reaffirmed our decision…the only difficulty was choosing between the various delicious options she’d kindly provided, but when the day came we knew we’d made the right choice! We had infinite compliments from our guests on all aspects of the meal and evening service: from the canapés, main meal, trio of desserts and evening buffet through to the fantastic floor and bar staff who were all exceptional. They were friendly and efficient without being too intrusive, totally professional.We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Delightful Dining , and thank them once again for everything they contributed to giving us a day we will never forget.
