Friendly, relaxed, and non-judgemental approach to therapy and mental health coaching. I help you investigate your triggers and causes for concern, and together we work on a plan to help you address these issues, and help you feel better. Stress and anxiety management, self-esteem building, and coping with grief and depression are my main specialist areas; but I work with a range of clients and a plethora of issues effecting them. I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community, and a mentor for GSRD persons (with Pink Therapy - a registered charity). I have helped clients with relationship issues, gender identity concerns, and communication strategies - helping them find their voice amongst persons who may not understand their journey. I have also worked with students and teenagers who are struggling to navigate early adulthood, and the pressures of College / University. I have helped students move from fear of failure to fulfilling their full potential. Please email me if you have any questions.

What inspired you to start your own business?

“I know that the system isn’t set up to provide appropriate emotional support for everyone. I’ve needed immediate support and had a 6 month wait. I’ve also been provided CBT when I knew I actually needed bereavement counselling. I didn’t protest, despite having studied psychology, because I was worried it was the only therapy available and ‘something is better than nothing’.

It shouldn’t be this way. This is why I set up my own practice to provide individualised, immediate support to people who need it.”

Why should our clients choose you?

I differ from many other Therapists because I have an MSc in Forensic Psychology. This means that I am expertly trained in behaviour analysis. Behaviour analysis helps me to work with you to investigate any negative thought and behaviour patterns, and then we can work together to find solutions and positive strategies to help you feel better. Also, having a background in Forensics means that I am not often shocked by things that people tell me, and extremely non-judgemental!!

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I predominantly work via zoom. This means that I can reach people all over the world (I have clients in many different countries), and it means that you can sit in the comfort of your own home which helps everyone to feel more relaxed.
