What do you love most about your job?

Despite the pain and hurt women are going through, I love supporting the transformation that happens with my clients. A lot of people are afraid to work on themselves, it's hard work and I get that, however huge shifts happen when you allow self-compassion. You can learn that you don't have to have it all together, you can start to lose perfectionist and people-pleaser traits and more. Self-love becomes a top priority!

What inspired you to start your own business?

I love helping people! My own experience has taught me that I have a lot to offer and I find that a lot of people give similar feedback after working with me and that lights me up. To know I'm a compassionate person, an empath and dedicated to my clients, tells me I'm in the right place to do this work.

Why should our clients choose you?

If we click on our clarity call, and I offer what you need right now then I know I can help you. Healing is a journey, it will always be something you will work on because trauma is stored in your body and can reappear at any time; what you'll learn is how to support yourself after some intense coaching and therapy.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Coaching and therapy are online, usually via Zoom or telephone call whilst walking. However, I am happy to consider in-person meets.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Coaching and therapy online is one way of working for flexibility for us all.
