She was especially careful to explain about the procedure before our first session as I had not had Reiki before. Her treatment room was relaxing and welcoming. Charmine was careful to establish rapport at the beginning of each session and checked how I had got on after the previous session. I was able to experience the emotions that the treatment produced in a safe environment and never felt rushed. She gave calm and careful advice for how to treat myself for the time immediately after the treatment and for the rest of the day, which I found particularly helpful. As my kids were growing up, I felt uncomfortable about returning to the City and working long hours away from the children, and with no mum of my own to help I decided to set up my own business! It was important to me to be there for my kids - but I ALSO wanted to use all the knowledge and experience that I had accumulated through my journey of self development to make a positive difference to people's lives. All of my coaching services, and many of my courses, can be provided in person or online. My Reiki treatments can be done in person or remotely too - when done remotely it is referred to as a distant reiki session and is just as powerful as in person session. All Reiki courses are always done in person on a group or 1-1 basis.
My number one priority is the safety and wellbeing of my clients. Even though cases have dramatically reduced, the possibility of infection still exists. PROTOCOLS FOR YOU
*Can you please wear fresh clothing prior to your arrival.
*When you arrive for your appointment, I will provide hand sanitiser and a disposable mask for you to use if you so wish.
*If you are feeling unwell or have a fever, please call to rearrange your appointment – please do not put yourself or others at risk. It really is no problem to rearrange.
PROTOCOLS FOR ME
*All surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. I will be allowing half an hour between each client so this cleaning service can be carried out to ensure you are kept safe.
*Fresh blankets are provided for each session to ensure no cross contamination between clients.
*The air in the room is purified using specific essential oils, and by keeping the room well ventilated.
