For the past 11 years I have been working as a GP in the NHS, giving me a unique insight into the challenges people face and the growing need for more holistic care.
I enjoy using Reiki to help promote relaxation, balance and well-being. I believe reiki helps clients ground, connect and deepen their connection with ‘self’, to support them in their everyday life.

Charmine is a professional and gifted Reiki practitioner. She has the capacity to hold a space and I trusted her implicitly.
Highly professional her kind client management combined with her professional yet friendly approach in the treatment room made each session feel deeply personal and safe.
I felt very cared for and balanced by the treatment, which coincided with a very difficult period of my life. These sessions grounded my energy and allowed me to really step into a sense of peace and find balance. We worked through releasing discomfort and dis-ease – and I always felt relaxed and safe as her presence is very nurturing . Her wonderful treatments improved my mental wellbeing and stabilised me during an unstable time.

I have had several sessions of Reiki with Charmine now. She has always made me feel at ease and in good hands. She was especially careful to explain about the procedure before our first session as I had not had Reiki before. Her treatment room was relaxing and welcoming. Charmine was careful to establish rapport at the beginning of each session and checked how I had got on after the previous session. I was able to experience the emotions that the treatment produced in a safe environment and never felt rushed. She gave calm and careful advice for how to treat myself for the time immediately after the treatment and for the rest of the day, which I found particularly helpful. What do you love most about your job?
I love supporting clients to ground and deepen their own connection. It’s wonderful seeing how relaxed and grounded clients are after a treatment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a qualified GP and I have always been passionate about holistic care.
I have been meditating and working with energy since I was a teenager. Reiki supported me on my own journey, so starting providing therapies to help others was the next natural step.
Why should our clients choose you?
Energy therapy has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. Over the past 4 years I have been on my own introspective journey. I believe that this insight, coupled with my 11 years of experience as a GP, means I can offer a grounded vessel for energy to flow in a safe & supportive environment for clients to relax, reflect and restore. I provide personalised treatment plans to suit your needs.

Yes I can provide distant healing online via Microsoft teams or using your phone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have a COVID protocol in place, but I also perform a risk assessment with each client via a questionnaire and then discuss the client’s personal needs and preferences at the preliminary video consultation.
Reiki
A session is 1 hour long and can either be:
IN-PERSON at The Southdown Clinic (£60)
OR
DISTANT HEALING, which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home (£50).
AN INTRODUCTORY OFFER of £10 off the first session is currently available.
The first session also currently includes a free 20-30min preliminary video consultation to personalise your treatment.
BLOCK BOOKING DISCOUNTS:
A booking of 4 treatments will be offered at a discounted rate, for example 4 in-person sessions at £200.
