My name is Mary Dees and and I am a BACP registered psychotherapist and Counsellor who specialises in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, eating/body issues and self-awareness.

I provide counselling & psychotherapy to individuals and couples in Mellor, Marple, Marple Bridge, Romiley, New Mills, Glossop & High Peak, Stockport & South Manchester, Tameside and Wilmslow


My name is Mary Dees and I believe you deserve to be happy and fulfilled in your life and that you have the ability to make that happen. Life can be challenging and difficult and I am trained to help you through your troubles and to support you to make changes in your life. I would love to support you in making sense of your life and helping you find your inner resources and enhance your life.

I believe that we all have a basic need for help and support. I am an independent, non-judgmental professional, who has been trained to support you and help you find the internal resources to resolve your problems.
