Put a request out on Bark, Tarek reached out to me to discuss the work that was needed. Tarek came to my property the next day, completed measurements and scoped the work. Report was completed within a week, which was really detailed and accepted by building control. Really grateful for the quick turnaround. Would recommend and use again!
