Hello, everyone! My name is Svetoslav but everyone calls me Sam. I was born in Bulgaria in 1990. I have always been a chubby kid and most of my life I've been thinking that it's genetics and there's nothing I can do, because I take after my mom. Well...life proved me wrong. I was getting heavier and heavier to the point where my body weight reached 106kg (234lbs) and believe me it was all fat. My feet were killing me, my ankles too, my calves were swollen all the time, it was a nightmare. I've been working as a DJ most of my life (about 10 years professional career) and one day I started playing music at a new venue, where the manager was competing in CrossFit. So he introduced me to that type of training and my body composition was changing rapidly. I couldn't believe my eyes. After that point I've never stopped training. I switched to a more passive type of training after that, due to a knee injury, which I've had since high school and started working on my strength, power and endurance. After a while I started helping other people around me with advice on training and nutrition. People wanted to train with me because I was always hungry for more information, I was reading a lot and I was really knowledgeable, because training with injury requires being smart when planning your sessions. So slowly, my confidence in helping people achieve their goals, was building up so I decided to take it further and become a qualified personal trainer and here I am. Right now I maintain my body weight at 82kg (180lbs) all year round and I continue improving day after day. It turns out that hard work beats genetics and dreams do come true.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Many people will say hard training or diet or sleep, it's all of this, but most importantly it is determination and consistency.

What do you love most about your job?

Spreading my knowledge and helping people achieve their goals without having to make the mistakes I did. I'm basically providing the "shortcut" and of course the most effective approach.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was inspired by myself. I have always been overweight and I always thought it was bad genetics but being able to achieve so much and being able to help other people made me believe that I was born for this.

Why should our clients choose you?

I've got different approach to different people. With my experience I have the great ability to see what people want to achieve through their eyes. I will make them sweat and I will make them work hard, but I will never ask them to do more than what I know they can do. Every person has great potential, some people discover it themselves, others don't, that's where I come and unleash their inner beast :)
