Hello, everyone!

My name is Svetoslav but everyone calls me Sam. I was born in Bulgaria in 1990.
I have always been a chubby kid and most of my life I've been thinking that it's genetics and there's nothing I can do, because I take after my mom.

I have a great ability to understand individual's needs and design a specific training routine, which will work for them.

Many people will say hard training or diet or sleep, it's all of this, but most importantly it is determination and consistency.

Spreading my knowledge and helping people achieve their goals without having to make the mistakes I did. I'm basically providing the "shortcut" and of course the most effective approach.

I was inspired by myself. I have always been overweight and I always thought it was bad genetics but being able to achieve so much and being able to help other people made me believe that I was born for this.

I've got different approach to different people. With my experience I have the great ability to see what people want to achieve through their eyes. I will make them sweat and I will make them work hard, but I will never ask them to do more than what I know they can do. Every person has great potential, some people discover it themselves, others don't, that's where I come and unleash their inner beast :)

Are you tired of not being strong enough, but nothing seems to help much? Strength training will definitely increase your overall strength and you will feel more confident. And remember, the only person you are competing against is no-one else but you!

You are going to the gym, you are getting stronger but you don't see much of a change in the mirror. Well, why don't you try training specifically for hypertrophy (increase muscle) and see the results for yourself.

Trying to lose fat but cardio seems so boring. Spending hours on the treadmill and your hunger increases tremendously afterwards. In this case CrossFit is definitely for you. Don't say "no" until you try it!
