I have worked with Greg since I was 15 initially as part of the Clackmannanshire Colts U18 team where I began to learn about sports conditioning. Within 6 months I was already able to carry out complex exercise such as overhead squat and really noticed a difference in my speed and strength during games.
As with any athlete I had injuries but Greg was able to provide the best support including referring me to specialists where Greg was able to devise programmes alongside the rehabilitation.
I then began to train with Greg separately whilst competing for Scotland U18/U20 Rugby League teams which is where I noticed the biggest difference. Greg took the time to look at my running technique and improved evasive running ability. I am very grateful to Greg for where I have ended up today in my career.

Being able to help others achieve their fitness goals is extremely rewarding. This is another reason why I am also a part time Lecturer in Fitness, Health and Exercise courses as I enjoy passing on knowledge and seeing others develop and grow into their own professions.
My passion for working in the fitness industry along with the birth of my first child made me want to be around my family more and therefore setting up my own business with my experience and knowledge of the industry was the perfect fit.
