Hi, I'm Jessie, and I help stressed out time-poor women regain control of their energy, weight and hormones so they can do the things they love. I have a passion for supporting women’s health particularly teens, 20’s and 30’s where we can feel like we are battling with our hormones and often the only answer given to us is to go on the pill or just accept it. So if you're suffering with PMS, a diagnosed hormonal condition or just can't make sense of your irregular periods and they are driving you to despair, you are not alone. I would love to help you. Getting started and what to expect: Working with clients 1:1 means I can support my clients with what works best for them. A personalised approach tailored to fit your needs and lifestyle. I want to help you to feel your best, no calorie-counting, restrictive diets in sight just a positive supportive environment to help you achieve a happier healthier you. My goal is to help you feel at home in your body and live a happier healthier life, free from uncomfortable symptoms that you may have learned to live with. Get in touch for a FREE 30 minute call where we can chat about what support you are looking for and how we can work together to achieve your goals. Nourishment not punishment! I believe in the importance of taking care of our own health. The food we eat and the lifestyle we choose can directly impact on how well we feel. I truly believe that small steps can make a huge difference to how we feel and our overall health. Working together we can take back control of your health and hormones leaving you feel energised for many years to come! We work together to support you to make simple changes to your diet and lifestyle, simply and without deprivation. Health and happiness is not about restriction, but rather what foods you can include to enhance your health and wellbeing. What works for you, won’t necessarily work for you friend, colleague or partner and our nutritional needs will change and evolve depending on our life stages. We are all biochemically different and need to find a balance of what works for you. It's not just about how you feel days or weeks later, but how you feel months and years later. So if you are suffering from mood swings, cramping, bloating, or feel like you have tried everything and still don’t feel great... yet know there is a way to feel better and want support naturally - I can help you. Give me a call today and we can get you feeling your best. This is your journey and I am here to support you so if you have any questions, fire away, I would love to help you get more clarity.

What do you love most about your job?

I love supporting women to feel comfortable in their body, to understand what is going on for them, to cut out the noise and tune it to what it right for them and to live pain-free, energised and in control of how they think and feel. I love it when my clients start to realise their own worth and feel empowered to make their own choices.

What inspired you to start your own business?

In short, I spent my teens and twenties on a range of medication for severe acne and irregular periods which then lead to digestive issues and spiralling anxiety. After being prescribed yet another birth control pill by my GP, I started my own research and discovered I could balance my hormones naturally, without medication. I am now a qualified nutritionist and female health expert helping women struggling with problem periods to rebalance their hormones and feel at home in their body again.

Nutritionists & Dietitians FAQs

Your specialist will be able to advise you on the full range of services available and will be able to help you select the best treatment for your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a specialist today.

Dietitians are the only health professionals regulated and protected by law. Registered Nutritionists can provide evidence-based advice and information about food and healthy eating. Nutritional therapists provide alternative treatment, based on the idea that the body needs 'healing' and 'correcting'.

  • Credentials - Find a specialist that has the credentials to support your personal needs.

  • Experience - Ask how long your Dietitian or Nutritionist has been practising and look up their background.

  • Gimmicks - Check your specialist is not supporting an unsuitable diet brand or supplement.

  • Right fit - Make sure they are upfront in the areas they specialise in and are able to make referrals if your needs are outside their comfort zone.

The minimum requirement for a Dietitian is a degree in Dietetics or a related science degree with a postgraduate diploma or higher degree in Dietetics. Nutritionists should have attended a course which is accredited by the Association for Nutrition (AfN).

Before you choose either a Nutritionist or a Dietitian, you could read testimonials and read reviews on their website. You could also look at their profile page on Bark and read reviews from past customers too.
