I offer 1-2-1 Coaching online or in person for anyone who is feeling stuck, needs to develop positive habits, without it being a chore.

I love helping people and seeing them go from zero to hero.

I had a breakdown myself 6 years and felt like the there was nothing left for me, but I found myself again with the help of mindfulness and I want to use my experience to show people that when you are at rock bottom there is a way back to the top.

I was also involved in a life changing accident 2 years ago and despite being told I only had a 20% chance of survival and being told I wouldn't be able to do certain things again, I kept telling myself 'I Can' and they have become part of my Smart goals, which I have made my own. I inspire others to not give up and to keep being positive.

Because I get them. I have a huge amount of life experience to go with the qualifications. I haven't just learnt what I know from a book and attending lectures. I do this, because I care and want to make a difference.
