As one of the clubs first students, I would highly recommend Peak Performance to begin your journey in Taekwondo. I have been training at the club for about 4 years now and am still willing to strive onwards to achieve the goals I have given myself in this Martial Art.This is mostly the doing of a coach who has experienced one of the highest of levels in this sport; representing the country via the national team itself (Team GB). To be selected as a national team member is one of my many goals I am hoping to achieve in my Taekwondo career.Coach Jibreel was not only able to teach me self-defence, but the other attributes Taekwondo offers such as improving my fitness and motivating me in my everyday life.:)

Super fun martial art and the instructor is really nice!

With the hope that this does not sound too cliche, discovering Pure Krav Maga London is one of the best things that ever happened to me. I came to classes with no prior experience and rather poor physical fitness, but the techniques are designed and explained in such a way that I never felt out of my depth and allowed me to improve very fast. Both Master Shaikh and Instructor Mohammed are very knowledgeable about self defence, but more than that, they are wonderful people - they are friendly, very dedicated, impressively patient and have a special talent in making you trust yourself while learning challenging new things. Pure Krav Maga London is amazing at teaching you the mentality, the skills and the techniques to keep yourself safe and in control of a situation. However, that is a very small part of what the classes do. The best thing for me was how they changed me in general - I am a happier, healthier, far more confident, more brave and more open to new experiences person than when I started (and that is me being brief). There are no words for how highly Pure Krav Maga London and its instructors should be both commended and recommended for what they do.

This club has had an amazing impact on my child's development. It has raised her self-esteem, helped instill discipline within her, confidence has grown and she is aware of how to handle tricky situations with people in general.

I’ve trained with Baz for 4 triathlons with another 3 pending. Baz has managed to train myself and a few of his other clients both on a 1-2-1 format while also having a group session where we are able to go on longer cycles and runs. I found this helped when the distances got longer and created a real team atmosphere whilst still being watched over. To add to this one thing to me about Baz that sticks out the most are his social skills, and his emotional intelligence. He knows when to push me and when to reign me in. I can’t praise him any higher. Give him a try.

I joined to improve my fitness and gain more confidence.I found that my fitness greatly improved and I have become a lot more confident in my life and this has really helped me a great deal, not just in the classes but in my day to day life.I would really recommend chi combat system to anyone regardless of age.

It's never too late! After years of not exercising, I am so pumped about fitness! If you've ever tried working out from watching TV, or hated going to the gym, give Linda a try! Linda is changing my daily routine and I am literally feeling so much better, and looking better in my clothes! I look so forward to Linda coming to my house every Tuesday and Thursday.
