Jason is a brilliant coach, haven helped me work through some issues I struggled with myself and still is. He helps me see things from different perspectives. He doesn't just have a one-fits-all plan but all he does is personal to you. Great listener, empathetic and absolutely wonderful at what he does. Can highly recommend 🙏

I can't begin to express in words how fortunate I am to have found Rita as a Life Coach. It is a blessing to have found a person who can help me in all areas, health (diet), fitness, chronic pain relief and is also concerned with my emotional well-being. The best take away when working with Rita is her knowledge, follow through, genuine concern and her in-depth plan of action to challenge and encourage me to make the changes I need to better my life and continue to work toward clarifying what my needs and desires actually are.

Whether it is at home or at work the demands of life can often have a way of limiting us. People can feel stuck - parameters have been built and habits learnt. I help people who want to break these limitations. By having the courage to look at ourselves in a new way, and building new skills, we all have the capacity to breakout of the constrictions that life can send our way.

Anna and I had sessions on trauma and life coaching and she was incredibly clear, kind and focused. She used techniques I hadn’t thought of using before which were very effective and her voice is very calm in meditation work. She is an excellent listener and great at picking the right task for the issue. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone. I was stuck at a crossroads and with Anna’s help and guidance I am now in a job I love with the ability to tackle any anxiety.

My coaching process follows the New Insights methodology – an approved, tried and tested approach to life coaching, delivering swift and more importantly, lasting results. After just one session you start to experience changes and you will feel a sense of growth, purpose and direction. By session three you will start to challenge your previously cherished beliefs about your capabilities and learn to discard those beliefs that don’t support you and build on those that do.

I offer 1-1 coaching sessions using an informal, friendly approach but with a questioning style to encourage clients to think and reflect on their words, which allows them to create actions to move forward with. I am an MBTI step 2 practitioner and can do 1-1 or team feedback sessions on both Step 1 and 2 with detailed examples to help bring the subject to life and for clients to better understand what their profile means for them, their colleagues and their direct reports. I facilitate seminars on adopting coaching as part of your leadership style. These can be half, or full day sessions depending what the client is looking for. I can facilitate other training sessions including team days where an external facilitator without connections to the team is considered of value.
That most of my work is about talking to and getting to know different people. That often people come to coaching with one issue and end up realising it is something else that is the sticking point. It's great to get the opportunity to add value and hopefully make a difference to people's lives.
I have, for some years, had the desire to run my own business. I went part time from a training and development role with John Lewis some years ago to start things up but actually spent most of the time with my running coaching work which I also love. The arrival of a baby girl also limited my availability to develop the business but I have had the opportunity in the last year and am very much enjoying the process and the chance to meet and work with new and different people.
I have worked in corporate life for John Lewis for over 30 years. More than half of that time has been spent in learning and development roles where coaching has always played its part. I have recently taken redundancy during a Personnel re-structure which is the second one I have experienced in 5 years. I have delivered training on managing change and have experienced big change myself so feel I come from a place of experience and empathy when speaking with coaching clients about change. I have an informal and friendly approach but am perceptive and have a reputation for being able to get to the nub of the issue with effective questioning. This process allows you to take your time and think more deeply about your subject or issue. I believe in arriving at some form of action from a session and will encourage you to think about what that might be for you. I am non-judgemental and completely confidential and offer you a chance to focus purely on yourself and your subject matter and will give you my absolute complete attention for the duration of our time together.
