Saw Steve a few times for help with my fear of flying and anxiety, Steve was easy to talk to and understood my needs, I felt very comfortable during my sessions with him.
Hypnotherapy/therapy is very relaxing and helpful putting situations into perspective and taking some time for yourself and it works!
