I love to see the peace of mind that my clients have when they do not have to worry about their loved one. I am a hands on person, therefore, I like to see the results of my work first hand and not just on a piece of paper. Our aim is to deliver the best quality of care and bring reassurance to our clients and their families in that their loved one's needs are being taken care of.
My grandmother had dementia and as a child I never understood the condition she had until I got into my late teens. I sometimes reflect on how my mother used to take care of her so lovingly until she passed and I am always grateful that she had my mother and the rest of our family taking care of her during her remaining years. I resolved that I would not want anyone to ever feel like they were alone when they needed care but would always feel safe and receive the best possible care there is, just like my grandmother. When my mother passed away a few years ago, she didn't receive the best care she should have received in the hospital, so I decided to do what I can for others to honour what she did for my grandmother.
We are here to provide a service which puts our clients at the very heart of what we do. We aim to provide you with the same standard of care that we would want for our own families. This means valuing the unique qualities of each client and seeing the whole person, not just a list of care needs. Our service is Regulated by the Care Quality Commission, and we adhere to the highest standards of service.

Before being admitted to our service, we do pre-assessments. We sit down with our client and do a person-centred care plan and this is reviewed regularly. Every carer is fully trained in infection control and measures are taken at every visit to make sure our carers adhere to the standards of care and they are given PPE for each client, which some clients prefer it to be kept within their home. Infection control audits are also carried out quarterly. We also ask our clients, their families, staff and other health professionals to give us feedback.
