My name is Sophie Richards and I co-own my own commercial cleaning business called Jaguar Contract Cleaning Services and I just needed a little bit of help from Mark to gain my confidence in coming back into the business after prioritising Motherhood for the past 12 years. However, one day, with a hugely beating heart and sweaty palms I attended one of these networking events and as fate would have it.. along with a joke about a plate, I started a conversation with Mark, who made me feel so comfortable in his prescence that I knew he could help me overcome my fears and bring me back to being a confident, positive businesswoman who is finally in crontrol of her own destiny.

I am now attending 2 - 3 networking events a week and have the ability to speak to strangers with self belief, confidence and not a care in the world if I mess my words up because everyone is in the same boat doing the same thing and wanting the same result.
