After looking for help with weight loss on line I came across Leah and realised that I could get help with anxiety. I have suffered with severe anxiety since I had a problem at work. I left my free consultation with Leah reassured as she was very soothing, so nice to talk to and very professional. I looked forward to my 1st session which went incredibly well. Leah had already discussed what I should expect from my first session. I felt measurably better the next day, the anxiety had reduced and I really liked the feeling and knew this was going to work and could see light at the end of my tunnel. I got so much better after more sessions but was still having anxiety problems at work. Leah recommended a specific technique which was different to the hypnotherapy I had become used to. After this all of my residual anxiety had disappeared and I feel amazing and I am back to my usual excitable self who was lost for a couple of years. My family noticed the difference quickly and felt like they needed to welcome me back as they had missed me. I can’t thank Leah enough as she has helped me to get my old life back with her support and her excellence as a hypnotherapist. I now go about 6 weekly just to make sure I remain on an even keel however I probably don’t need to. I am now losing weight as I can now focus and I have asked Leah to help me maintain the loss with hypnotherapy.
