What I love most about my job as a service provider for the elderly in their own homes is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with my clients. Each day, I get to hear their unique stories and learn from their vast life experiences. It's incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact I can have on their quality of life by providing companionship, assistance with daily activities, and ensuring they feel safe and cared for in their own homes. What inspired you to start your own business?

I was inspired to start my own care agency because of my passion for improving the quality of life for individuals in our community. I have always believed that everyone deserves access to compassionate and personalised care, especially in the comfort of their own homes. Over the years, I observed the challenges many people face in accessing quality health care services, and I wanted to create a solution that would make a meaningful difference.
