We spent around 3 hours one to one with Kenny from the Balanced Dog Company to help deal with very specific anxiety issues with our new rescue puppy. All of the online information online we had previously looked at was conflicting, and confusing, Kenny was able to immediatley identify and explain where we were going wrong in simple terms, and his advice and practical demonstration saw immediate positive changes to little Ramseys behaviour in relation to us and his nervoussness in busy places. We were amazed at how instant the changes in Ramsey were when we altered our own behaviour to follow Kenny's teachings.
