Willow my mini dachshund stayed with Micaela for 7 nights. Willow had never been away from us before and I was understandably nervous about leaving my precious girl. I needn't have worried as Micaela went above and beyond. She really cared for Willow as a member of her family. She updated me with gorgeous photos of Willow having a great time with her furry friends. A couple of which I am going to frame. It was obvious Willow was having a fantastic time and that enabled me to relax and enjoy my holiday. I would whole heartedly recommend Micaela. She gives a 5 star service and I wouldn't hesitate leaving Willow with her again. First class. Thanks Micaela x x

I set up Fi's Dog walking over 3.5 years ago. I use to work for the SSPCA a good few years ago, but got stuck in office life. I decided what my dream job and passion was, since a child, to work and care for animals. I love all my fur babies like they are my own and they get 200% royalty treatment. I cover Stockbridge, the Meadows, Tollcross, Newington and Marchmont. I cant agree to specific times as every dog walk and day is different, but I do my best to try match it.

Due to a recent accident that left me with a leg in cast, I needed someone to walk my dog.
I had Ritchie come to my house and saw how he was with my dog and how she was with him. I was impressed by Ritchie's professional and knowledgable approach and signed up for 2 walks a week. I wish it was more. Pippa comes home happy, content and relaxed.
I receive regular updates and pictures when Pippa is on her walk. I appreciate this personal touch as it lets me know and see how Pippa is doing.
I have no hesitation in recommending Sirbarkalot.
Professional, reliable, and very reasonably priced for a 1 to 1 service for my girl.
Thanks Ritchie, you've been a good find

WELCOME TO DUNEDIN DOGGIES In April 2000 Dunedin Doggies Edinburgh was established and is now a professionally recognised dog walking business. Having had dogs all my life I have gained a wealth of both experience and knowledge in handling and understanding dogs. I decided to start dog walking after a long career in social work. At that time my own dog was being looked after with a dog walker, and that’s when it hit me, that’s what i want to do.

The business is fully insured under pet plan sanctuary, I am disclosure Scotland checked and have a canine first aid certificate. I love the company of canines in all their varied shapes and sizes. Every woodland, beach or hill walk we go on is for their stimulation, exercise and joy. We offer 90 minute walks, we track walks and explore wilder outer city locations. I home bake dog treats for the pack as I do for my own dogs and we enjoy a bit of wild play, games and training on our walks too. Our 90 min group walks are £13.

I am very happy to have found Joanne to look after my miniature poodle Coco.. She is punctual & reliable.
Coco is obviously very happy to go to Joannes & she sends pictures & videos of Coco playing happily.
This means I can go away on trips with peace of mind that Coco is being looked after so well - thats invaluable.

Hi guys! Welcome to our BARK profile! My name is Matt and I'm a professional Edinburgh dog walker and cat sitter. I have very luckily managed to combine two of my favourite things. The great outdoors of Edinburgh's green spaces and spending time with animals. Since I can remember I've always loved dogs and cats and as such Edinburgh made the perfect place to set up my business. With me it's safety first
We always kept dogs as a family, but because of my work in the army I could never have my own dog as I moved around too much. When I finally retired from the army, I got into walking as a way to keep myself active. One day when I was walking up the Pentlands, I saw a lady who was clearly a dog walker. She must have had at least five dogs with her. I thought it was the perfect job for me – I could combine my love of dogs with my love of walking, and get paid doing it!
I mostly offer longer walks as opposed to the quick walk around the neighbourhood. Although for my more loyal customers, I am happy to fit in shorter walks here and there. Most of the time, I take a couple of the dogs walking for a few hours outside of the city, so that we can all stretch our legs. The dogs love it because they can run around and explore, as well as socialise with some new and familiar faces. I love it because the dogs make great company and it keeps me fit and active. It’s always a great day out for me and the dogs.
If I was to go outside of Edinburgh, my favourite dog walk is to hike up one of the tracks along the Pentland Hills. This is a much harder walk than an easy hike, and really challenges me and the dogs. But I also go walking up Arthur’s Seat quite often, as I can head up there from the centre of Edinburgh, which can make pickups and drop-offs easier. Plus, it has a fantastic view at the top!
How much does a Dog Walker cost?
The price of hiring a dog walker will depend on the area of the UK in which you live, with prices typically higher in the South of England and particularly in London. The cost of hiring a dog walker will often be lower in the North of England and in Scotland and Wales.
What should I look for in a Dog Walker?
The most important thing when you’re hiring a dog walker is that both you and your dog trust them. You should also ensure that your dog walker has public liability insurance that covers them in case of damage, accident or loss. The best way to find a reliable and trustworthy dog walker is by reading reviews of previous clients. When you hire a dog walker through Bark, you can browse the profiles of dog walkers in your local area and read honest reviews from genuine customers.
How many dogs can a Dog Walker walk at once?
It is recommended that a dog walker should walk a maximum of four dogs at a time, to enable them to maintain good control of each dog. Most dog walkers will give you the option of having your dog walked alone or with other dogs. Walking with other dogs will help your dog to develop valuable social skills. However, if your dog is reactive, you may prefer for them to be walked alone.
