This includes (but is not an exhaustive list) helping people find ways to cope, face and overcome personal distresses such as, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, personal or family health problems (including physical and mental health), relationships, loss. Face to face appointments are currently unavailable due to Covid restrictions. Therefore, video call/ online or telephone appointments are available. There is no waiting list to use this service. I provide an initial free telephone consultation to discuss your needs and help you decide if you are happy to work with me. Appointments are then arranged within one week from the intial free consultation. Telephone and video sessions are £35.00 per 50-minute session.
