I am a fully qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, working exclusively online. I am a certified member of the BACP (Registered member no. 374847) and a member of CAPPP. My counselling approach is integrative, meaning that I combine a number of different theoretical methodologies. I am able to adapt my technique and approach to suit individual clients and their therapeutic aims.

I work in Earlswood/ Redhill and have been a counsellor for many years, addressing a broad range of issues. I have experience working with clients suffering depression or anxiety, anger management, self-esteem issues, relationship, addictions, work based stress, anxiety, bereavement and can help you if you feel that you have lost direction. I have been a counsellor for 25 years. I have worked for charities and within the NHS as a substance misuse specialist.
