What do you love most about your job?
I love knowing that we all have an opportunity to change our current circumstances by learning new ways to adapt to life's many challenges, in order to obtain a better quality of life. Change is a process which can take time. It can be a bit scary for some and it is very satisfying to walk alongside someone as they look for new ways to achieve a greater level of contentment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I believe in the process of change and how talking can help recognise and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns. I have also recognised how feelings influence our thinking patterns and how important it is to acknowledge how we feel in order to manage more effectively.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have 25 years' experience of working as a counsellor/therapist/supervisor. I have learnt how crucial it is to fully connect with clients and truly hear what life is like from their perspective. This is the true meaning of empathy.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
