For the last 13 years, I've served through mentoring, executive coaching and counselling to enable people to become more confident, overcome stress or depression, move into a more fulfilling job or build the business they always dreamed of. The most meaningful part of my work is with young people and families in difficult situations as I grew up in a single-parent family. I've been through relationship separation and counselled many couples. I'm mentored and counselled myself which I believe is essential for anyone in a position to help others. I was mentored, coached and counselled myself from the age of 24 for the last 14 years. I had a pretty difficult upbringing and I found people I could trust who guided me.
