I am passionate about counselling and helping people make positive steps forward in their lives. The small things can be extremely important and I take pleasure in helping facilitate you see your potential.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to work for myself and do the type of the work that interested me.

I am a dedicated counsellor with a variety of experiences in brief and open-ended counselling.
I have worked with a number of issues including anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, bereavement and previous traumas. I feel as though counselling can be helpful for anybody who wants to engage in the process.
