What do you love most about your job?

I love the fact the people can make changes in their lives, make their lives more rewarding and embrace what life can offer.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My interest in counselling and psychotherapy began many years ago through my own experience of life. I then went on to work in the voluntary sector and then in private practise. In working with many people I came to realise the need to understand individual personal experience and issues that so often underlie stresses, behaviours and confusions.

Training as a counsellor and psychotherapist was a natural progression for me.

My therapy practice has included seeing people privately, within a counselling service and within the NHS

Why should our clients choose you?

With many years experience of working with people, I offer you the opportunity to face your fears, concerns and behaviour. Challenge how others may affect you. By working with you you may discover new ways of coping, explore your past and how that may affect you today.
