What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people to help themselves, giving them tools to apply to their own unique life situation and helping them to become flexible and to adapt to whatever life throws at them, drawing upon the resources they need - and finding new ones if necessary - to flourish. In short, I like helping people to give more power to their own Inner Coach than to their inner critic.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I can be more flexible and therefore more helpful to my clients by working for myself. Openness and flexibility are key elements to change and I am in the business of helping people to change their lives for the better.

Why should our clients choose you?

My approach is uniquely tailored to the individual requirements of each client rather than a "one size fits all" approach. It also encourages flexibility and is designed to help the client to feel as comfortable as possible. Sessions can be conducted in a variety of settings, from the client's own home to outdoor areas to quiet coffee shops, wherever works best, and are generally scheduled for a morning, afternoon or evening slot so that time constraints do not dictate the pace of the session or force it to finish before a natural pause has been reached.
