I use SFBT (solution focused brief therapy), CBT (cognitive behavior therapy)and play in my counselling, providing a safe and confidential space for the young person. I have extensive experience of working with young people having been a teacher for over 10 years (including working in the classroom with neuro diverse students), a school counsellor, and running a private practice.
