Ms Tay listens and tries to understand the problems that I share with her even if I do not express myself well. She’s patient, answers my questions and encourages me constantly because she knows that I put myself down and think negatively often. There are times when her analogies make me laugh too! When I don’t fulfil something I promised both myself and her in a previous therapy session, she will not beat around the bush before telling me the problem. I was a person who always thought negatively and that caused me to be stuck in a vicious cycle (or rabbit hole as Ms Tay would also say it :). But as I go through each therapy session, I am continuing to seek solutions, work on myself and think more positive with the help of Ms Tay. Thank you ☺️

Seeing Ms. Samantha was one of my best life decisions (and I regret not seeing her sooner!) Before I started therapy, I was experiencing perpetual sadness, stress, and anxiety because of my work. I had severe panic attacks, and trouble sleeping and eating every single day for several months; I had even stopped doing the things I love doing, and became very withdrawn.
