Cath is amazing, she has worked with a close family member for over 12 months and supported considerable improvement in self-regulation, calming and relaxation. Cath has tools to help relax you from your first appointment, which then works to help build trust while diving into the triggers and body responses that trauma can cause. Cath is so careful and gentle in her approach with years of experience to help you on your journey to healing. She has amassed an enormous resource pool of meditations, pod-casts and book references as well as tailoring short meditations specifically for take-home in between visits. I couldn’t recommend Cath more and know her techniques have spread to benefit our whole family. Thank you Cath!

I came to Divina feeling overwhelmed by anxiety that had been a constant companion for years. I was skeptical about therapy, but I decided to give it a try.
