We specialise in BBQs and hog roasts for inside and outside events across Glasgow. This type of catering has grown in popularity over the last few years. It’s a nice mixture of the traditional buffet catering service and food that’s more exciting. The hog roast is normally a real crowd-pleaser, and can be used to make lots of different types of dishes.
Yes, we help with setting and cleaning up afterwards. We bring our own special BBQ for the hog roast and food, so we always arrive at least an hour early to set up our equipment. This gives us plenty of time to help arrange the tables and work out the logistics of how we’ll serve the guests. The same goes for clearing away, as we’ve got to pack away our own equipment. We normally also help to clear away the cutlery and plates.
We serve just one course, but the guests can have as much as they like of the food that’s available. We provide a range of dishes for the guests to enjoy, as well as the hog roast meat which can be used to make salads, burgers, and whatever they like really. Depending on how many guests are attending, there’s normally enough food for each guest to have at least two helpings.
