Ordered from here last night for the first time and will certainly be ordering again. We ordered lamb and chicken gyros and they were delicious, especially the lamb, it was amazing, so tasty. What’s your signature dish?
Beef meatballs with tomato sauce. Includes fresh local ingredients, an amazing mix of spices and herbs and a rich tomato sauce.
Meatball can be served with or without the sauce, hot or cold, in a buffet as finger food or as a meal with rice on the side and/or potatoes for a plated meal.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We are always meeting the client needs by creating the flavours they require, the presentation of food as well as the service of the food.
Clients always ask for their favourite flavours to be included and there is no way not to succeed including them.
What do you love most about your job?
Cooking is in my daily life, I love doing it and people love eating. So I am so pleased I can do it as a job and earn money while I am doing what I love.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I cooked for 60 people for my own wedding. People were asking me all the time who was the caterer I hired and they were all amazed it was by myself. That was the green light for me to start doing it as a business.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a very happy to serve people person and the satisfaction I always get from clients and guests is amazing. Mediterranean flavours are always so exotic and interesting and my recipes are held through a lot of generations. What I can promise is unique flavours for any occasions and very affordable prices to meet everyones budget. Everything is cooked only few hours before the serving time so I can also promise freshness and high quality.
