Once this has been done, I then work closely with the client to make any tweaks or adjustments to ensure it exactly meets their needs. I offer tastings and samples of suggested dishes.
I love that every day in the kitchen is different and holds infinite possibilities. From baking a fresh focaccia first thing in the morning to slow cooking a shoulder of lamb over the course of the day, the smells, colours and comradeship in the kitchen are the only motivation I need.
