Crackling hog roasts

A huge thank you to you both for being firstly, such lovely accommodating people, (guests arriving late etc! ) And secondly , thank you for such professional services. The hog roast was AMAZING!!! Really made the party special. You cleared up subtly and made my life so easy!The party is still being talked about! And as for my worries over the youngest child and her love of Peppa Pig.....she now asks for pork most days! As a busy public house with no commercial kitchen, we asked Mick and the team to come in and cater not only for a private party of 70 in the evening, but also to provide a food option for all our hungry punters on what was expected to be the busiest day this pub has had for 30 years ( Championship play off final). This turned out to be the case and the day really was made by Mick & co with a fabulously tasty hog roast and bbq which they slaved over all day, remaining professional and cheery throughout! Genuinely great food prepared and served by genuinely nice people - will be getting these guys back in again at the first opportunity we get! Highly recommended." Hi Michael and your lovely assistant (sorry I cannot remember her name), John and I just wanted to thank you for making his birthday so special with your impeccable service and most delicious hog roast. All of our guests really enjoyed it and some said it was the best pork they had tasted. It went down really well and completed what had been a lovely day, weather helped of course.
