What’s your signature dish?

Cornish crab & Scallop ravioli, Lemon spinach, Fennel, Oyster Emulsion

Salt aged Goosenaugh Duck, Sweet potato, Artichokes, Earl Grey & Cranberry granola

Hazelnut sponge, Espresso, Chocolate & Molasses, Candied orange

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

I work with clients to tailor the menu to their requirements & likes, along with the requirements of their guests being sympathetic to dietary requirements.

I ensure the menu is both fitting for the occasion as well as their budget. Using carefully selected suppliers across the Uk I bring the highest standards of cuisine to impress your guests at the highest level.

What do you love most about your job?

I am hugely passionate about working with clients and delivering an event which impresses them as much as their guests.

The feedback I get from my clients I find both humbling and overwhelming and I get a huge sense of pride seeing how much their guests are enjoying themselves, and, in-turn my clients pride at having me as their caterer to deliver their event beyond their expectations.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started my own business as I was fed up with restaurants and running kitchen only to be disappointed by the people employed around me falling short of my exacting standards.

Within my business I am wholly responsible for everything and choose only to work with the most highly skilled professionals that can represent my brand to the high standards which I demand.

Why should our clients choose you?

As a client you should choose me over my competitors as I am as passionate about delivering your event to you as your are about hosting it.

I strive at every opportunity to deliver quality and luxury; from choosing the finest ingredients, to crockery, to service standards; I do not accept second best and would never consider delivering second best to a client who has entrusted me with their event.

I pride myself on every event I'm entrusted with and treat it as it were my own and want you as my client to return to me time and time again knowing I will deliver at every occasion.

Catering FAQs

Expand all

Your expert caterer will be able to advise you on the most suitable menus and service.

It is important to know the following before deciding on a catering company:

  • Event Specialists - Many caterers handle certain types of events on a regular basis, such as weddings and corporate events.

  • Different cuisines - Caterers might specialise in different kinds of cuisine. Some caterers may provide a fine dining experience while others excel at barbecues that suit company picnics.

  • Special requirements - If you have special requirements for the food or a specific menu in mind make sure your caterer is happy to meet those requirements.

  • Venue - Your gathering might be taking place at someone’s home, a venue or outdoors. It can be helpful if your caterer has worked at the venue before.

  • Tastings - Ask for a tasting to make sure the food is of a high standard. Most caterers will prepare one for you at no charge, allowing you to assess the quality of their cooking before you hire them.

You could look for caterers with a foundation degree, higher national diploma or degree in Professional Cookery and Culinary Arts.

Before you choose a caterer, you could read testimonials and see pictures of their food on their website.

You could also look at their profile page on Bark and read reviews from past customers, too.
