What’s your signature dish?
That is hard to answer, as all our dishes are our favourite! We take a considerable amount of time creating, developing and cooking each of our dishes. Every dish has a story, nostalgia and a gastronomic surprise, so we are extremely proud of each and every one! Our existing customers love them so we are positive you will too.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We at The Unorthodox Kitchen offer a one to one consultation to (You) our clients. You will be contacted by Chris Bond (Owner & Chef of The Unorthodox Kitchen) himself, where together we create a bespoke experience and menu for your dinner party.
What do you love most about your job?
Well for the most obvious answer, we love to create and cook food! We also love meeting new and wonderful people, and sharing our new creations with them. Making our clients have a memorable and exciting dining experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I (Chris Bond - Owner & Chef of The Unorthodox Kitchen) wanted to remove the shackles from employers and have the freedom to experiment and create my own dishes to show the world. Now I can fully develop my dishes by pushing the boundaries further in to mastering the dining experiences I offer to my clients.
