Being an appliance engineer isn’t just a job for me, it’s a passion. I love working with my hands, solving problems, and bringing things back to life. Every day is different, and every job presents a new challenge that keeps me thinking and learning. Whether it’s repairing a washing machine or servicing a boiler, I take pride in knowing that my work helps people live more comfortably and safely in their homes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my appliance repair company because I saw a real need for honest, reliable, and skilled service in the industry. After years of working for other companies, I noticed that many customers were left feeling frustrated either because of poor communication, rushed jobs, or being overcharged. I knew I could do better.
My goal was to create a service where customers felt valued, where work was done properly the first time, and where no one was left in the dark about what they were paying for
