How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I work with the client to structure their training plan taking into account their goals, training time availability, day to day work commitments, other sporting activities and their family commitments
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Itys not really about the body of your dreams however it is more about the athlete feeling comfortable and happy with their progress, feeling and being healthy both physically and mentally.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to help others and I get great satisfaction seeing others grow both in self confidence and physical ability and most importantly seeing them reach their goals
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been an athlete from school days and have done various sports from track running, cross country, half and full marathons including a few ultra marathons. I have done many triathlons from sprint through to IM70.3 and even many years ago a full Ironman but instead of the swim it was a 27km canoe. even though I still compete I decided many years ago that I needed to give back and so started coaching first at club level and now at Reading University. Alongside this I started my Coaching Business and my Therapy Buisiness

Many years Coaching experience at all levels from Junior through to Masters - I still compete so understand the commitment it takes. I have an Athlete centered approach which puts the athlete first.

Yes most of my training is provided online with Periodised Training plans provided online through Training Peaks. I can also provide face to face sessions if required and allowed during this Covid-19 pandemic
