Working with Trademark Home Design was a breeze. Wakass came to our home to measure up . Our small bathroom took a week to complete, the team that fitted our bathroom were professional throughout, they turned up promptly every day and started work ,we would highly recommend this company.

Whilst looking to adapt my parent’s bathroom to suit their needs, i came across Trademark Home Design and requested a quotation. From the moment the chap arrived we felt so comfortable with his presence. I explained my parents are hard of hearing and understanding but despite this he did incredibly well to explain and outline everything that was going to happen. We had two other companies out however Trademark actually listened and delivered what my parents asked for. Trademark have been to my home to fit a bathroom in Nov. 2024, and have since fitted a new stack pipe / soil pipe. On both occasions I could not fault them. Wakas came to our home and gave us advice and recommendations while taking into account our preferences and needs. He is very patient, professional while being friendly and gentle. The plumbers who did the bathroom/wet room were with us for a week. They worked like beavers, were very efficient and we actually had some great laughs too. The chaps who sorted the new stackpipe, once again were friendly and efficient. Friendly and helpful from start to finish

My partner and I requested a quote from Trademark Bathrooms and were given a time and date from the supervisor. I was kept updated with what day and time the surveyor would be attending and prior to the him coming to my residence. He contacted me, introduced himself and gave and estimated time of arrival.
When Wakas arrived he was very professional, made his formal introduction and then we discussed the bathroom and toilet requirements. Wakes answered all my questions, gave advice and was very knowledgeable about the subject matter.
After taking his measurements we discussed what types of fixtures and fittings that my partner wanted. Again Wakam was very helpful with what we required, after doing a floor plan we sat and discussed the end product.
Wakam walked me through the costings, the lay out of the plan, explained the timescale.
Overall I found Wakam to be professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about what we required. More...
