Sash Window Installation
After paying £17k I did the not windows I ordered and was told the factory has gone into administration. Sure enough, the company director has done this before under another company name.

Double Glazing
Five stars are not enough!
Nick, Derek, Ray and Oliver replaced my very tricky, limited access, second floor windows in three days.
The quality of the windows is fantastic and the quality of their fitting is outstanding. The team are all really nice people who obviously respect each other and work brilliantly together. In short, they care, which is not always a given in anything but it really does make a difference. Thanks so much for your great work, Eleanor

The Traditional Timber Window & Door company made an excellent job of designing and fitting a replacement large patio door assembly. They paid great attention to detail, schedules were kept and the finished product looks and feels stylish and well constructed. Recommended. More...

It's not every day that you sip your coffee while staring at your windows. I replaced my old windows with UPVC wood-grain effect double-glazed windows and they look seamless next to my timber windows.
The panels feel solid and look great.
Nick, Derek and Andy managed the project to the highest standards from beginning to end. I'm house proud and they met my expectations at every turn with their attention to detail and professionalism. I would recommend them without hesitation and wish them continued success.

Great experience all round with Nick who was punctual with his visits and understanding of what I was after. He explained the process accurately including timeline and indeed that his company was the manufacturer of the windows themselves, so no 3rd parties to deal with.
Fitting was straightforward and took one afternoon as initially predicted.
Would definitely recommend and use this company again for future jobs.

Excellent company - We would highly recommend. My husband and I felt very comfortable dealing with Nick who came to our house and explained all our options. He showed us working samples and many different window installation pictures explaining all the different products and styles available. This had been very confusing with another company that we also had round. Our windows were over 20 years old and we were concerned about the security aspect as they were single glazed with very basic locks. They were also single glazed and very draughty. The appointment was fast and efficient and didn’t drag on for hours. There was no pressure put on us to sign a contract or make any decisions. Within a few days Nick sent a detailed quote to me by email and after reviewing we decided to proceed with the works. The surveyor came out a week later and also explained the installation process. The fitters came about a month later and were very friendly and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and when they had finished there was nothing for us to do. The new windows are real quality and I feel a lot more safe and secure in our home. I would recommend Nick & this company as they were great from start to finish. It was a good experience and I will be replacing the windows at the rear of the property later this year. Teresa and Justin North London More...

Double Glazing
Nick came to measure, quote and discuss complete double glazing of my house. I was appalled, he arrived didn’t introduce himself, no smile at all, I introduced myself and he walked straight past me into my living room without asking if he could keep his heavy shoes on! I asked him if he was ok with my 2 dogs he said yes, unfortunately 1 knocked a vase over, he promptly walked to the front door and said we’ll talk outside but opened the door wide the dogs ran out into a busy road!! His comment was “I think I’d better go” to which I replied “I think you’d better”. A rude inconsiderate ‘sales rep’!! More...

Julia it’s very disappointing that you write an untrue recollection of events. For your information you are only the second customer in 15 years who I have had to walk away from. Let’s set the record straight about what actually happened. As I arrived at your property two large dogs were sat up in your front windows. You opened the front door and I introduced myself. At this point the dogs were barking behind you and getting very excited. You then took the dogs to a rear room and closed the door. I came into your property and we went into your front room and I explained to you that we needed to discuss designs - you were more interested in asking me if the barking dogs could come back into the room. I asked if they would jump up on me and you replied “they will settle down” When they came into the room they both charged towards me putting their feet all over my clean trousers and shirt and one of the dogs was licking my arm. One of the dogs then knocked over a vase and spilt water everywhere which you became very agitated about. You then disappeared to get a towel and the dogs continued to jump up on me. I then suggested to you that it would be best if we discussed the window designs in the front garden and I could measure from the outside or you could take the dogs to the back room. You became agitated with this suggestion telling me it was their house. Whilst I appreciate this fact I’m not prepared to have two large dogs jumping up and licking parts of my body when I have other customers houses to attend. Your house doesn’t look like it’s been hoovered in months and I wouldn't be happy removing my shoes therefore this was not offered. As I opened the front door one of your dogs charged towards the exit and managed to get out. (One dog, not both as you have stated) I have no intention to start restraining your dogs. If something went wrong or they turned on me I would get the blame. You then stormed past me and became verbally aggressive and I then told you I was leaving. In future I suggest you warn visitors about your dog situation as it's selfish to assume visitors are happy to have dogs charging towards them. I find it quite upsetting that you make such a negative review aimed at me when your home situation caused the incident. We are new to Bark so it's a shame this is our first review on here. However, in time I'm certain many customers will post positive reviews on our products and services as they have done on other review centres.
