What do you love most about your job?
In short, managing buildings. We approach matters by putting myself in the shoes of the occupier which has seen the best outcomes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked for a number of managing agents throughout the years, we have been restricted in our efforts to provide a really honest service. Moving forward with our own experiences where being honest is key to the business ethos.
Why should our clients choose you?
Industry knowledge with more than 20 years experience in the industry and the grey hairs to show. Having worked in both the public and private sector this has given us the edge. Understanding of client needs and using trustworthy contractors who take pride in building maintenance work and not afraid to correct any mistakes. We are regulated by the property ombudsman and are registered with a fire authority. Also members of The Property Institute and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
