Superb fast service, I called at 7pm and the very polite , courteous and kind Jiri arrived an hour later, he quickly temporarily fixed our problem, so we had hot water and heating but asked if there was anything else that needed fixing ie taps, radiators etc as we had paid for his time, he wanted us to get value for money, but we were more than happy. He got the part which was the water pressure sensor the next day and arranged to replace it when it was convenient for me, even though he would have done it that day.I will definitely call Jiri again if I have a problem as he was fast efficient and reliable and I can totally recommend him and will do to friends, neighbours and family. We're local. We've been operating for 10 years. We're accredited installers for Vaillant, Worcester and Ideal boilers. Our quotes and prices contain no hidden extras for things like parking. We turn up when we say we will and we work in a clean manner. We won't be asking for coffee's every 5 minutes or leave a mess behind!
Oh, and we know our stuff. Our engineers are all Gas Safe certified.
Alternatively, you could go to a national company and pay twice as much for a simple replacement whilst getting half the service we offer. The choice is yours.
Boiler Installation
When we replace your boiler we also provide these 8 points:
➊ Installation from our highly trained accredited installers.
➋ Full chemical flush of your radiators. Normally a £250 cost
➌ Chemical inhibitor/protector to increase the life of your new boiler
➍ Commissioning of the boiler and system
➎ Gas safety certificate
➏ Building regulation certificate
➐ Disposal of the old boiler
➑ We will complete all the necessary paperwork on your behalf
Boiler Repair
✔ We charge a flat £69 for visits between 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with an emergency service operating outside these times charged at £99
✔ You’ll only start paying extra after the first hour, or if you need parts. We can usually fix the issue in the first hour.
✔ If we can’t fix the problem we’ll try and effect a temporary repair if at all possible.
✔ All our normal work is guaranteed for 1 year.

How Does An Air Source Heat Pump Work?
Air Source Heat Pump
They transfer heat from outside to inside your house at temperatures as low -20°C as there is always heat in ambient air. Also they include an internal defrost cycle system ensuring operation in all seasons.
They work similar to the technology in a refrigerator but in reverse.
