There’s nothing better than restoring someone’s appliance and seeing the relief and appreciation on their face. Every job is different, and I enjoy the challenge of diagnosing issues and getting things running smoothly again. What inspired me to start my own business was the desire to provide a service I could be proud of—built on honesty, quality, and personal care.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During COVID, I made several important changes to ensure the safety of both my clients and myself.
These included wearing PPE (masks and gloves), maintaining social distancing during visits, and regularly sanitising tools and hands before and after each job. I also offered contact-free service options, such as doorstep assessments and virtual consultations when possible. Keeping people safe while still providing essential repair services was a top priority—and it continues to guide how I work today.
