What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During COVID, I made several important changes to ensure the safety of both my clients and myself.
These included wearing PPE (masks and gloves), maintaining social distancing during visits, and regularly sanitising tools and hands before and after each job. I also offered contact-free service options, such as doorstep assessments and virtual consultations when possible. Keeping people safe while still providing essential repair services was a top priority—and it continues to guide how I work today.
