We recently had Pete and his team carry out damp proofing work in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Roc were the first to respond to my request for an assessment of damp and remedial work. Their assessment and pricing was similar to that of others who subsequently visited so we went with Roc.
Work involved injection of internal and external walls where damp located and some plastering.
Friendly, helpful , punctual and efficient.
Of course only time will tell if the work was successful but that would be same for anyone.

Peter REALLY knows what he's doing, and in my case that's pretty much EVERYTHING, which so far as I'm concerned makes him a master builder. Doing most things personally to exacting self imposed standards, and overseeing the quality of his subcontractors' work, Peter has knocked down walls, replaced rotten joists, damp proofed the basement, insulated walls and floors throughout, renovated the loft and strengthened the roof, installed new lighting, plumbed in an entire new bathroom, new kitchen sink and kitchen units, tiled the kitchen and bathroom walls and floors, replaced, stained and varnished new floorboards throughout, renovated the stairs, painted gloss woodwork and emulsion walls and ceilings throughout, hung new doors.....there's probably something else I can't think of at the moment, but you get the idea. Work completed: Cellar damp proofed and woodworm treatment on wooden ceiling beams.

I cannot fault the work completed. No issues since (it has been over a year since completion) - the job was done efficiently and thoroughly. Peter took the time to explain the process to me step-by-step, what materials were going to be used and how they worked, examples of before and after photos from previous customers.
The company's site is not local to me, however, Peter gave an accurate E.T.A both before leaving my house at the end of each working day (the work took 3 days) and each morning aswell, meaning I could work my day around it.

Firstly Pete is an absolutely wonderful person to work with, I felt well educated on the matter and my concerns were heard. I contacted Roc Associates as my sons bedroom wall was very damp. Pete came out a few hours after our first call to do the survey and was really great at explaining things in layman’s terms to me. He carried out the work over 3 days and I am so incredibly happy with the results! The room is so much warmer and feels so much nicer now. I could see how much pride he takes in his work, and he explained each step he was taking to ensure maximum insulation. He was very neat and organised while working and tidied up and put my sons bedroom back together at the end of each day so it could still be used. Roc-Associates have completed multiple works at our property. Pete fixed gutter and roof damage caused by a recent storm. This included emergency works to the roof, and arranging for a complex scaffold to be erected .

Pete also completed tanking and waterproofing work to our storage area, under the front steps of our property.

For both of these works, Pete worked diligently and efficiently. He takes the utmost care when performing works and is keen to check his work thoroughly once it has been completed to make sure everything is working as it should. He is discreet and happy to work around your schedule.

After almost giving up finding someone we trusted to deal with a mould problem in our temporary home - we found Peter.

Pete was amazing! What started as a simple tanking request soon bloomed into realising an entire other room in our home. The works on ongoing but Pete's knowledge and professionalism are brilliant.
