Couples Counselling
Reconnect your relationship through couples counselling. Issues involving poor communication or conflict, intimacy or lack of desire, can be extremely distressing. The impact this can have on your health and happiness is often underestimated and undervalued. I specialise in these areas to help you plant the seed from which growth and healing can take place. Each session is 1 hour, and will focus on your goals as a couple and helping you achieve this. Thanks

If you would like to attend on a one to one basis, choose individual counselling. Shed light on the unconscious by bringing this into awareness, you can then decided what you would like to keep and what you wish to change. I work holistically, which means we look at other areas and topics that effect you on a whole, not just sex and relationships, this helps you to get closer to your goals.
