Paid £600 for a site visit and survey to be carried out and the engineer never turned up. When I called customer services the agent I spoke to was evasive and defensive and pivoted when I requested (on multiple occasions) for a refund.
I explained that I had lost faith in the business and wanted my money back, and the agent kept asking me to give them time to find out what had gone wrong so they could rearrange my appointment.
The agent finally agreed to pass my request for a refund on to the accounts team, but would not confirm if it would be approved or when I could expect the money back.
