Sadly, we have had a catalogue of terrible experiences with this company. Great products and lovely fitters. Happy with the finished jobs. BUT we have experienced nearly 7 months of poor communication, lies, date confusions, delivery of the wrong products, and delays in building reg's certification. We appreciated the goodwill discount offered to rectify some of the time and finances lost, but we will not be recommending this company. More...

NGS recently fitted artificial grass for us. The first visit from Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and honest with his advice on how we could proceed. The quote was accepted and the fitting booked. Both guys who came to fit the grass (in very hot weather) were professional, friendly and a pleasure to have working for us. The job was extremely well done and they left everything as it was, even the fence which had to be removed. Couldn’t be more happier with the grass which looks fabulous. I would have no hesitation in recommending NGS to anyone. I am sad to be adding to my review in a negative way. However having had an excellent experience, when requesting a quote for a front door, best price, all things considered. Having been promised a call back a week ago last Monday I’m still waiting. Conservatory Roofs
A bright, light living space
We openly admit that some natural sunlight will be lost upon the installation of a solid roof, but it shouldn’t be viewed as a negative thing as it will give you a high level of privacy.
It’s an issue that can be rectified by having integrated spotlights and roof windows fitted to give the sun a clear pathway through to illuminate the structure. Your solid roof covering should also be based on the existing appearance of any windows and doors for a co-ordinated look.
At NGS, we pre-manufacture our roofs in their entirety to guarantee a quick and efficient installation in your home. We are confident you will be amazed by how little disruption you will experience.
You’ll be happy to know that our tiled roofs have aluminium ridges and hip capping as standard features, but they can be upgraded if you prefer a more traditional tile roof capping.
