Andy and Chris did an amazing job on our warmroof. They are trustworthy and so hard working and from the minute I met them I knew that I wanted to go with them. They are efficient and even my neighbours were amazed how quickly they put our roof up. Had the work finished within 2 days and then arranged for electrician and plasterer. Absolutely excellent company and reasonably priced!
All work on a new orangery was completed efficiently. A timeline was given for every step of the build and was finished on time. Everybody who worked on the orangery were friendly, polite and kept any mess to a minimum. The craftsmanship of all involved was second to none.

I asked for a quote so a day was arranged.
Unfortunately she had to reschedule due to spending longer at a potential customers house . So she rescheduled for another day. The lady turned up to give us a quote she was only at my house about 15-20 minutes. I personally don’t think she was taking me seriously.
She then turned around and said her computer won’t load and that she needed to update her software. She said she had an idea of what we wanted and said she would email some quotes through. I received nothing not even a phone call.
I think the problem with her computer was because she thought we didn’t have the money to pay for the conservatory.

Personally I’d stay away from this company as I think it is rude of her to do what she did to me.
I could tell she didn’t want to even give me the benefit of the doubt.

I will be looking elsewhere.

Next Gen were excellent from start to finish. Valerie was great at explaining our options, the chaps that did the foundations and brick walls were great also, they even did some additional ground work for us that was done to a high Standard, as well as the plastering that was done very professionally. Next Gen Designs came to our notice after completing work for neighbours. Seeing the quality of their workmanship was impressive. Initially my interest was to replace the roof on an aging conservatory. After a visit from Andy it quickly became apparent that the best option was to start from scratch by demolishing the existing and building a new garden room. We agreed a competative price with Andy who was never pushy at all. The work was completed with Andy and the team, quickly and the quality and workmanship unrivalled
The completed structure is now the talk of friends, family and neighbours. We have since engaged the team for a new front door structure, again we are more than satisfied with the price and quality of workmanship. Our conservatory was an unusable space which was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter, when it rained tge guttering overflowed and the noise on the roof was terrible.
Andy, Chris and Jordan worked so hard and transformed the conservatory in one day, fitting a solid warm roof. Attention to detail was fantastic from these polite, honest guys. Nothing was too much trouble, even rectifying the windows that wouldn't open. They arranged for plasterer and electrician to come out and the whole job was complete in 1 week.
The difference is unbelievable, we now have a space that we can use no matter what the weather and the temperature is regulated easily, no more overflowing guttering and noise is significantly reduced in the heaviest of rainfall.
The best thing we have done and the service that Next-gen designs provided is first class and they are the best in the business. More...

Andy , Chris and Jordan from Next Gen have done lots of work for me including replacing polycarbonate conservatory roof with a Guardian Warm Roof, building a porch , and changing all our windows and doors for high security products following a break-in. They have also done work for family, friends and neighbours. They are very honest and trustworthy people whose work is first class and their prices fair and reasonable. I am extremely fussy and have always been very happy with all work done by Next Gen. I would now not consider using any other tradesman for this type of work. First class! From the initial meeting, agreeing on the design to the final build I cannot speak highly enough of this company. They were thoroughly professional and accommodating all the way through.
